Perfectly! The countersunk bolt hole was too small for a washer (or at least the washers I had) so I used just the bolt, with no washer. The bolt head is large enough that it doesn't really need a washer. Gives a nice, clean, flush look.

Damn those CF covers look good!!
Do the Vette covers work fine, 100% slip on, or do they need to be massaged in behind the alternator?
The vette covers will work just fine. What do you mean massaged in behind the alternator? The only mods you would have to do for covers designed to work with the stock LTx setup is grind the alternator case a bit. When you pull valve covers, the alternator needs to come off.
bump old thread, but my new rockers would not clear my ebay covers so I tracked down a set of LT4 covers. They were a little scuffed up so i painted them black.

Where did you get those rail covers that say Camaro on them? They just overlays atop the Vette covers? Also I had a set but completely butchered them to try and get them to sit right. How much cutting is really required on them to sit correctly?
I made the overlay to cover the corvette script. I used some carbon fiber strips from mcmaster carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#carbon-fiber/=exm23t
I held them on the FRCs with 3M emblem tape, and the camaro was from 4th circle designs. They are V6 camaro side badge overlays.
As for cutting up the FRC's I followed this guide for 1993's:

You dont need to trim much for the fuel rail fittings on NON 93 cars, but I had to hack a good amount to clear mine. Also I had to not thread in the studs all the way. They still sit fine, but 1993 had weird fuel lines that made for less room on the drivers side. Pass side all I cut was for the alt bracket which i have removed now.
I may give them a try again. My last LT1 was an automatic with traction control, so there was all sorts of extra crap in the way. Thanks for the links, those pics on the intructions are pretty rough aren't they. Next time I'll just do little snips at a time. Thanks for the links.
LOL yeah the instructions left a lot to be desired.
