Will the cam work with a P600B?

That cam has gotten around alright..

I would swap in something less aggressive so that you are not peaking at a high RPM and boost on a stock motor.

Its probably around 10* too much, and lower lift would help, but will it work?, Yes...Get you max performance out of the setup, probably not..
