THE END

Alrighty, so as Larry ( @popo8 ) requested, I took some good pics as I did the throttle body bypass on our 94 Corvette today. Quick disclaimer: the Corvette is apparently set up a little bit different than the F-bodies because the setup that worked for my 96 TA was totally different than this one, but it will help to get the idea and also any other Vette owners on here looking to do this mod.
On to pics and walkthrough:
So to start with, this is what I was dealing with on both sides:

To start, obviously you're going to need to remove the intake tubing and MAF:

These are the hoses we're dealing with for this mod, both connect a pipe on each side of the bottom of the throttle body:

Make sure to put a towel or something below the hoses before pulling them off to catch the little bit of coolant that will pour out (I recommend doing this after letting your car sit overnight so that it is completely cooled down and you'll have the least amount of coolant still in the TB):

At this point, I tried using the TB Bypass Kit that Larry sent me, but as you can see below, I don't think it was quite designed for Corvettes... The coupler was too small for the hoses on both sides:

Well, a simple idea and a quick trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts solved this. Came back with a 3/4" hose coupler and a 1 1/4" coupler:

I decided instead of trying to find a way to connect the 2 hoses and go on a wild goose hunt for a coupler that'd fit, I could just as easily eliminate them altogether. After some prying with a flat head screwdriver to get the hoses to release, I pried this T-connector out and replaced it with the 3/4" coupler on the passenger side:

Then on to the driver side to remove the larger T-connector and use the 1 1/4" coupler:

These are now in a scrap drawer in the toolbox

Put everything back together and enjoy a slightly cleaner looking engine bay:

Don't forget to replace the coolant that poured out of all the hoses at this point and bleed the system. Enjoy!
Great write up man...thanku!
Sorry it didnt work for the vette.

No worries bud. The kit was for F-body cars and I tried to use it on a Y-body lol.
Btw if anyone else on here would like to try out the kit, just let me know. I'll ship it to you at no cost.

That is set up just like the lt1 c4 on Blackbirds car. My 95 Z28 would use the kit Popo had. Probably 93-95 Z28 for the kit.
