Yeah, its rubber and used 3M double sided tape. 20 bucks and 20 minutes.

Im liking it alot.....

Thanks for all the love guys. I was hoping to get a better reaction here than LS1tech. I actually stumbled across a picture of a camaro on flickr with this done to it and I Google'd everything I could think of until I lucked out and found the idea in a ricer forum.

Well this forum is much better for support and not being bashed..

Couldn't agree more... Im going to get some links and post up of the materials used for this...its really almost stupid how easy it is and by looking at it you would never guess its not a plastic piece thats made to be there.

Thats awesome and will probably work out great if scraping is an issue. Definitely put together a write up on it when you get a chance.
