LOL, maybe I was so annoyed that an hour or so passed without realizing it...

Problem solved. The no start this morning was due to the MSD coil going out. I replaced it with my old stock coil.

I heard MSD has some pretty good customer service. I wonder if they would replace a two year old coil with about 4k miles, lol?

If not, will the stock coil be fine being used with a 6al ignition box? What other coils are out there worth anything?

I run a stock coil, prolly had a good 150xxx miles on it with a mallory 685 box. Don't see why you couldn't run one with a msd box. I had 2 blaster coils back to back that acted up, so I went back oem
