Bluebird was close, but not entirely correct. The name of the song is "Seperate ways", and it is by Journey.

It's one of my favorite songs from the 80's and it brought a smile to my face when it was rocking out in the movie.

Actually, the ~official name for the song is Separate Ways (Worlds Apart). I assumed the parenthetical aside would mean the titles were interchangeable because typically that does mean it is the alternate title. But maybe I was looking at it wrong.
