my Camaro. I know they make a took that takes the pulley off and pushes it back on but not sure how to go about removing it without the tool

no for my 3.4 I looked it up and the only thing that came up is a video on how to change the water pump. in the vid they use a puller tool. I don't have the puller tool nor do I want to buy one

They will usually hold it no prob but look the tool over and if there is damage then make sure that they know it or you will be buying a broken tool.

Oh, wouldn't ya'll now it. I have a box with 7 good opti's in it. All of them are Vented 95-97!!!!!!:frustrated: The new ICM I had, the part where the wire plugs into it, broke off!!! :bigmoney:

hahaha if it makes you feel better I had an icm die. Got a replacement from advanced that one only started once, got another one and that one didnt even start. Dug around my spare parts found a old delco icm still keeps running my car today. Got to love the aftermarket sometimes.

This was a new GM/ Delco!!!! I wouldn't be mad if it was autozone/advance part.
