It was my pleasure. Whatever helps to get these to production for everyone. I really like them and think the price is going to be amazing with the quality being right there with those $950+ companies.
Standing by ready for any other info LPP needs.
You can go ahead and post up the minor issue pictures on here so I can get feedback from the other members.
The couple of spots where they touch the K-member has always been hit and miss with our last version. There is just too much variance in the way GM puts them together.
Some cars they hit some they don't. It is just the flange they hit and it doesn't hurt to grind a little off if you have to.
We can try and tweet them a little more but it may cause an issue somewhere else. This would also delay production longer because we would have to do another test set.
so what does everyone think. Do another test set or go into production with a couple of minor issues that you may or may not have?
Is the flange possibly touching the only thing? What other minor issues are there still?

Not really issues that I think changes and a test set would solve, as LPP has stated. Also, issues that ARE going to be different with every car. I will highlight the small issues I had in BOLD, and label each with a picture number.
The install went pretty smooth. I started on ramps for the first few bolts, then decided to move to a lift before I got too deep on it. I don't think I would try it on jackstands or ramps for the full install.
Driver Side:
-Had to remove the lower connection point of the steering shaft. Left the top attached and set it to the side.
-Small rub from the goofy bracket of the rag joint on the header. Can be bent or removed to clear. (PICTURE #1)
-Had to remove the oil pressure sending unit.
-Did not have to remove the coolant temp sensor from the head.
-Did remove spark plugs but it would have cleared with them in.
-Came up from the bottom for the header, and had plenty of room.
-I used grade 8 locking header bolts, and have ordered a set with an internal allen head which I will provide you more feedback once they arrive.
-For those that use the locking ones I used, they are about 1-1/2" too long, and I was unable to get the 3/8" wrench on some of them since they are 12-point and require the box end wrench.
-Primary #5, bolt hole #4 on header flange needs a little larger dent to accommodate the bolt head. (This will change depending on what bolts you use)
Passenger Side:
-Had to remove starter.
-Had to remove spark plugs.
-Had to remove oil dipstick.
-Also came up from the bottom on this side.
-Header is barely touching frame in one spot. (Picture #2)
Y-Pipe:
-Went together pretty smoothly, and the flattened out section on the driver side was just the right amount for clearance.
-It was touching my bottom brake line there, which I bent up a little. Can be adjusted down with the nice slip fit connections, which should leave plenty of clearance.
-Had to remove factory hanger bracket that is on the passenger side of the transmission, held on with the torque arm bolts. The Y hits it, and it is no longer needed.
Any other questions or specific pics folks would like, I have the car parked at my work so I can get pics in about a 24-hour turn around.

EXCELLENT JCZ!!!
Looks like they fit pretty well I wouldn't fret about either of these issues if it were my car I'd just break out the grinder and these issues would no long be issues LOL
Hell yeah, those don't sound like issues for them to worry about making another test run to fix. So basically a grinder and careful selection of bolts is all that's needed to ensure a great fit. Sounds good to me, put these babies into production!

I need a set under the tree this Christmas!
Took some ground clearance photos yesterday, but photobucket had some maintenance excuse when I got home.... SO here they are:
