Weather was still so nice when I got home I said fuck waiting till the weekend and went ahead and took shit apart and finally did the throttle body bypass mod. Took me about 2 hours start to finish, but I managed to get that stupid L hose off the throttle body and steam pipe without having to remove the alternator or anything. Only things I took off was the ram air box and MAF and the alternator bracket that connects to the intake manifold. Made putting it back together nice and quick. If anyone is about to do this, save yourself the extra effort and just get some shears, cut the L-shaped hose in 2 in the middle, then move the hose clamps off of it, and slice the hose with a knife to get it off easily. Hardest part on mine was getting the hoses to let go of the piping cuz they had practically fused themselves to the metal lol. Just thought I'd share, that was more fun than sitting in the house on the computer for the night (again...) IMO :)
