Yeah form kinda fell apart there. Got all goosed up to get 405. Was better on the way up and won't try 4+again until I get dam near perfect in the 300's.
Muscle memory is slowly.coming back.

I know this thread is mostly about lifting, but are there any runners in here? I just started, did 2 miles today and hated every minute. I admit I walked at least half of that to avoid puking everywhere.
Any tips to make it less miserable? Definitely bringing my headphones tomorrow. I'm sure angry music will help.
Are u runnin outdoors or on a treadmill

Get headphones that either wrap around ear or your head....having ear bud pop out of my sweaty braincase every 4 steps is a PIA
