Wish we could move now. A 113 year old farm house sitting on 4 acres came up for sale with a 40x50 shop Asking only 118,000! Owned by same family whole time. Its only 1800 sq. ft. But is built where we could expand it on both sides. And get close to 2800.

Just wish we was ready.

We do. The town were in usually has land go at a premium. This house is about 15 minute drive from town. Which works for me. No neighbors to worry about.

Did get me thanking.... if we save enough to just buy a home and land with cash. We could still stay in current house while we do some work. And have the money from sale to dump into new house.

If you can swing it, that'd be awesome. Would let you get exactly what you want built and won't have to rush to get moved.

Ya that's what I was thanking. If we go that route. I got a friend that owns a flooring company. So I get my carpet ect. at cost. And he will help me install it for a case of beer. And my family owns a stone company with a site in Salina. So I cam get stone for free. Just depends if we can find something I guess lol
