Why does everything good happen while I am not at my work?
This one customer is freaking crazy, she said her car is leaking...so a tech looked at it, it was the "gutters" for rain water and was just water leaving the car...she accused us of stealing her EX technology pack optima and trading it for a LX cause there was "more room on the left side of her driveway than normal"
Well...fast forward and skip a few crazy stories...she started screaming at the service writers for no reason...the dealership gets a restraining order and she is not allowed on our property.
Yesterday she came up...manager called the cops, she tried attacking the cop. The cop threw her on the ground (50 year old lady)...knocking her out cold.
She had a kitchen knife, pepper spray, and a handgun on her, and evidently she had a CCL, but I can assume she doesn't have one anymore.
The owner of the dealership is just looking at the scene in shock because I guess that he didn't realize how crazy she is.
I just wish I could've seen her get thrown to the ground lol
So it looks like this gov. shutdown is effecting a lot of people. I work construction but since our big business is NASA Langley i have no work now. So as if this year hasn't been a big enough hit financially looks like I'll be even deeper in the hole!!!!
