shit...i use so much hamd sanatized my hands are cracking.we have dispensers all over the school...cant walk by one without usin it...habe a dispenser on my desk and in my brief case...
soooo although grear advice by theory...it was not enough of my "friend."

Ang and her mom are on me to go to er in case its blood clots...but i dont think the odds of clots in both the same day is that high.
been icing and stayin barefoot with them elevated ...but i did go to work and struggled tough on friday...so i really camt walk.
