You can get the same results much faster AND cheaper. Cut all welfare funding, then there will be no incentive for the zoos to continue producing little chimps.

I'm mostly passed that I pay taxes out the assure for these fn bums to live for free in, eat for free, and get free child care. While I make just enuff money not to qualify for a fraction of these "benefits" yet I make so little I can barely survive!!! I think people that make 25-35k a year are truly getting hit the hardest.

Ain't that the truth. Even at $45k it's barely cutting it. Definitely requires 2 full incomes together to get ahead nowadays. And I'm sick of getting stuck at Walmart for an hour just to buy a couple things because every line is held up with people paying with food stamps and what not. And yet they have smartphones and you follow them outside and they're in some ghetto car on blinged rims. (Yes, I really see this and am not making it up for stereotyping purposes.) :banghead:
