Never I repeat NEVER buy a home that needs work. You may be disillusioned that you can make it how you want. But don't fall for it!

So far a simple 1/2 bath remodel has involved rebuilding a whole wall, running new plumbing in the walls, new wiring, and partial new sub-floor. All of which was found after I started working on the bathroom.

Lot of work to do today. Feeding the machine (with pudding) then its on. Won't stop till its on the road again, unless its to eat more pudding.

Tell me I can eat your pudding. I'm going to do it anyways I just want to hear you say it ....

How far is the station from the school? A well placed GoPro (as long as it doesn't go missing) if you can go by and check/charge it.
