In 95, the firehawk was available with speedlines like the 01-02 ws6. Usually seen in a silver finish instead of polished/chrome like the ws6 came with

Correct. They are Firehawk/Compt TA wheels.
The WS6 wheel is very similar. The quick way to tell is the lip at the tire. Firehawk wheels round out smooth. The WS6 wheels have the lip that you could attach a wheel weight to.
