i did not get a citation, i got warned and turned around to go to the scales. if they wanted to i could have gotten around $600 in fines.

Crap day at work today. I walking and before I even clock in. I get reamed over a complaint they got. And boss said it was me. The email never mentioned me. And I never talked to a person at the time it happened. So I got demoted.... I told him to call and ask what the employee look liked. So he did and guy refused to describe a person. So they blamed me over an assumption.

I confronted my boss after all the facts was laid out I was not at fault. But he still demoted me over a joke I said yesterday. I said it don't matter if we make 1 or 1, 000, 000 dollars a day. I still get paid the exact same. Which is basically same thing he said 1 minute before me.

Called him out and said it was bull shit. Then he didn't have an excuse. And said well you have got a lot of complaints last couple months.... I told I have only had 1 in 6 years. And that was a guy that got mad because I wouldn't make his decision for him(which what we are suppose to do. If they tell us to choose we must say no its up to them)

Wife is pissed. Told me to quit, and I am really considering just quiting.

I manage a pizza shop. And also do the billing/orders for the company. I got knocked down have zero power in store.

Took all I had not to grab my boss by the head. And smash it into the wall.
