You make no sense.
I saw your squat videos and noticed your upper body is huge relative to your arms. Just guessing here but I bet your chest overpowers your tricep strength. Guys like that tend to easily get the weight off of their chest but then struggle to lock out the lift. Is that what happens to you? If so, try to widen your grip a little and see if that helps.
Ha yeah..never really had guns. As a LB many years ago got used to bench squat deadlift and cleans. I am woefully short on arm work. Think I might go Sqaut, Bench, cleans or deads, and arms for days now. Plus my arms are really really long comparatively. Good for some things but guns and bench....not so much
My arms are long too. If you notice when I bench my grip is almost to the stands. Just about as wide as I can get. That way i'm not moving the weight 3+ feet away from body on each rep. It reduces the time under tension for each rep, but it forces my chest to do more of the work.
