He's an experience haha. Very funny, but knows his stuff. I won't speak for the shop, he has a YT channel for that. I will say I'm a big fan of his customer service and in 2016 he has tuned my 5th gen, T/A (until we found the issues), V, a pile of my friends' cars, and possibly my truck before winter.
I plan on going there on Friday or Monday and throwing cash towards a fairly large cam on a SBE 5.3. It's a shop grind and bigger than the popular "Hellraiser." Not sure it'll work with PTV with stock 243's, but we'll see. The cam kit and ls1 accessories are the last major pieces to the puzzle.

The motor is out and the new owner is picking it up soon. Most of the other parts are gone, as well. As for 5.3 stuff, ALL swap parts have been gathered!
Waiting on the cam to be cut from Lunati and then it's getting stuffed in. I think it'll be running by the holidays next month.
A non-ltxtech vendor has a set of Darkstars for sale this month for cheap...my trigger finger is getting itchy.
