You want need a bigger tb

I had a dream lastnight that i bought a 96 ws6 m6. It was stock cu.in. but would turn 9k, possibly more but 9k was where i was shifting. Was a fun dream lol.
It was vtech swapped
i figured the LT was already down to long block and needed a new water pump And opti ( slight miss at idle) and I could probably get more money with the new forged LS swap so I decided just finish it. But the girl came out in the garage last night with our little one and make som comments that sounds like this car won't be going any where, she just wants the Formula gone before we get a vette which she likes C6's.
I was thinking about a BBK 52mm
I'm looking at advanced induction 212cc heads and a 230/238 cam plus bolt ons.Quote:

If you're putting this on a stock cube engine, you don't need the bigger throttle body. A 350 cubic inch engine at 7k rpm only ingests 600 cfm tops (if you want to play theoretical, 100 percent volumetrically efficient, a 7k 350 pulls 709 cfm), and the stock throttle body has been tested capable of moving roughly 800 cfm with the airfoil. You need a lot of RPM, huge cubes or boost to max out the stocker on airflow.
Don't get caught up in the bigger is better school of thought, you'll only get frustrated!
