Just put a turndown on the end pointing towards the inside of the track opposite to where the meter is.

So speed engineering came out with a true dual stainless 3 inch setup that runs out back.
All for the low low price of $500.
3" duals are even larger than a single 4". Dual 2.5" or single 3.5" would be better for H/C with headroom for more power down the road. Otherwise, just keep it 3" with a high flowing muffler or cutout pointed where you need it. It's fine for a H/C car.
