Thank you for the work you do, man. You are the guy who is actually making a difference in the lives of those poor children who can't defend themselves. I think Madman has a really great idea about volunteer work with kids in the community. I think it would really help to get your mind back into a balance, like he said, seeing happy kids who think that you, as a police officer, are like a real life superman (at least that's how I always saw police when I was little lol).
