Hey Ryan, what flexplate did you go with?

Thats what I run, make sure to sand the plating off where the converter bolt heads seat and where the crank bolts seat.
Oh OK I guess the fti converter will have the 153 tooth flywheel pattern on it? Reason I asked is I've got the lt1 tci flexplate and the stock converter definitely does not bolt up.
You mean stock 80e converter right? 80e is 11.5 diameter and 60e is 10.75
The FTI will have the 60e and 80e pattern but with little cuts so the 80e feet fit over the small flexplate.
Otherwise, like I said you step up to the 168 tooth flexplate and you can bolt both patterns up.
Sad how much I know on a useless topic.
Gotcha. I made sure they knew it was for a 153. I was gonna go 164 but I don't wanna buy a new starter, etc. Got a set of arp bolts on the way.
Ill be full of questions.
What threads are the cooler lines?

shows the 97 and later trans are different, idk what Jakes uses for there cores but wouldn't hurt to ask unless they have modified it...
just run a -6 line to the biggest cooler you can run and put a fan on it..
I ran straight nipples out of the trans housing to -6an pushlok, which fit fine, I wanted to avoid 90* fittings. Then a big ass B&M up front and derale fan unit under car.
Highly recommend these guys if you can fit em in your budget
