got up this morning. over night the master bath toilet lever broke. And the kitchen sink faucet is dripping....

6. If you release a laptop with a preinstalled buggy bios then instead of ignoring the problem you should create a way to downgrade the bios instead of ripping off the customer for $700 + the $234 that you charged while lying and bullshitting.

7. Luckily since my warranty is apparently marked as void i pulled the hd and got my files off and everytime i look at it im so tempted not to smash it on the kitchen floor.

Asus in the words of my wife "A Stupid Useless Service" i will never buy another one...EVER!!!

Haha I feel ya man, there are days when I come real close to putting my fist through laptops at work. That is pretty disappointing though to hear that ASUS is treating you like that. I've always only ever heard great things about their customer service in the past. :( I guess every company has their village idiots who are just out to piss off the end user though.

Neither yet... I called and spoke with the pharmacy.. The acutal PAIN meds are still pending, waiting to hear from an adjuster. The actual med I take twice daily that is not (euphoric) is the one I need to try to keep this shit under control. That one was FLAT OUT DENIED.

I called the Doctor to see if he could help... the pharmacy said that maybe it is because it is a new Doctor name that i am having the issues, so to eliminate that as a possible reason...I left the Dr office a message.

Im not going to buy anything outright.. I am to stubborn to do that...Ill take the pain.. Ill take the exhaustion, and I will take the additional damage that may or may not be caused... but let me tell you...if I have to contact my OFFENSIVE attorney on this one... ADD ANOTHER $$$0 on the FUCKEN LAWSUIT!
