Keeping our "GYM" on even on vacation.
Battling a flu that has been keeping me from the gym for about three weeks now. Some super bug bullshit has been going around. Finally almost back to normal w/out having to hock up a lung and will be gymming bright and early tomorrow morning to see just how much strength has been lost.
Ive been bed ridden for the day... no fever...but weak and tingly...all joints ache.
Hopin' ya feel better popo8. At 52.5 years old I go to the gym with my wife to keep up mobility. I went religiously in my 20s & 30s...even took weightlifting in college (phys. ed. core) so I feel confident the climbing I do on the job and home improvement projects will keep me on "cruise control" till I retire.
Wasn't as bad as I thought. Off by about three reps across the board at least on push stuff.
Did 405x5 last week, and today was a 425x3, then a 445x1 because, well, F it.
