Got screwed kinda on a set of jegs self aligning roller rockers that were used. 2 had cracked tips. Seller reimbursed me price for 2 scorpion self aligning, (jegs doesnt sell individuals of them) but now nervous about running any of em. Didnt need this right now, every part i buy has to work, dont have money for mistakes

If I still have them when it comes time for a cam for my 383 that's what I had planned. I don't see any reason it wouldn't yield the same result. I'll have to ask him if it makes a difference.Quote:

I sent him an email asking this very question. Basically the cam he specd me was say 587/600 with a 1.6 rocker, why not just spec it at 587/600 with a 1.5? If there was any benefit etc for it to be a 1.6. Cant really find a definitive answer online.Quote:

He picks from a catalog of lobes from the manufacturer (lunati or comp), it all depends on what is available. Sometimes there are high and low lift versions of similar duration lobes. Bigger lobes are much harder on lifters and springs though.
