That sucks. What brand HID kit? Folks are not saying HIDs in halogen housings won't light up the road, it's the glare they cause which is not ideal.

Bingo. with your current lights you're blinding oncoming traffic, with a projector there is a clean cutoff so that the light is not shining up high enough to go into oncoming traffic's eyes. projectors also spread the light evenly so you don't get "hot spots" where the light is brighter in some areas due to how the reflectors work in a non projector housing.

I gotta tell u. I thought id be getting high beamed from how bright they are... but no one flashed me.
Its actually a very focused light source. With the way they are aimed they are only blinding if ur at one height and angle... anything outside of that. They are not offensive. Lol.

Well, i had the matte pearl white stripped off of the chrome wheels. They have now been redone in the same color, but now with a high gloss clear.
Should make cleaning them much easier as well.
