Biggest mistake or form issue is when people are doing more than they can/should be, hips shoot up and bam, lets do SDL's with a rounded back for all the disk rearrangement. If people ask or if I talk to people, first piece of jaded advice is to keep hips under the load, its harder than you think.
Otherwise, the passive aggressive is a few years of doing ATG squats and working to a 545 triple and then seeing idiots claim massive "squats" when its really just a knee bend at best. Kills me to no end. Take pride in the lift for the love of god.
