I am also asthmatic so it was not a good thing for me. Since I quit, I have not used one complete asthma inhaler (in a year) and I used to burn them up every 3 weeks.

My wife and I quit smoking two years ago...it was tough at first, but after a little time, it was nothing...at first...it was bad, two smokers, having nic fits, trying to be there for the other person, only to annoy or become annoyed and argue...lmao..

Yes, she is still using the electric cigarette, but we are down from 2 packs each a day to her smoking the E-cig.... what an improvement, and what a savings........
