Was curious how the track went for ya
i calmed down a little now. something is going on either fuel related or spark related. but it has been coming and going and no root cause has been found yet. on the log from the random stall issue, about 3 seconds before it died the wideband and b1 o2 sensor both peg super lean, ie either injectors stopped firing, fuel pump turned off somehow, or none of those coils were firing. the log shows the map value peg near 100 right before it just shuts off, then go back to the normal range, then dies (all the while the wideband/narrow are reading 18.9afr/50mv)
bypassing the fp relay didnt help. i am gonna pull the fuel filter tomorrow night probably. gonna check filter and possibly pull injectors and look at them. i was hoping it was something dumb like the crank sensor dropping out, that i should be able to see in the log with a rpm flutter or something but it looks perfectly fine so meh.
When was the last time injectors were cleaned along with pump sock & fuel filter?
injectors new as of august 2023, same with pump, hd wiring harness, etc. filter was new 2024 February. its a 10 micron stainless and I just pulled it apart and it was clear. may pull injectors next, then maybe check sock in pump. not sure wtf happened.
maybe my nitrous solenoid or pump or something has an issue?
still doesnt explain the random stalling where bank 1 goes super lean and bank 2 is fine. fuel lines are b2 supply front crossover to b1 then regulator. map value spikes to 100kpa too right before it dies, but that seems to be in response to it going lean.
ignition switch failing?

really at a loss here as to what is going on. literally from 1 pass to the next, tune identical, car slows down 8mph/.5 of a sec and b1 is lean the whole time.
plugs look great. filter clear. b1 injectors all look fine/ohm fine/changed screens all are clear.
maybe spark is dropping out? maybe pump strainer is plugged up? maybe pump dropping out? really not making sense to me at all.

That plug doesn't have any color at all, like no fuel. Didn't you just change the fuel pressure regulator, do you have good fuel pressure? Mine had a high rpm lean out when my pump wasn't keeping up. The lean out caused it to pop pop on the big end though. Are you getting a lean pop at high revs?
those plugs are all from b1 after that pass. I know there wasn't even soot on it, so unsure if a) spark dropped and fuel washed it, or b) fuel dropped. bank 2 looks fine. no popping no weirdness besides just feeling LAZY and slow. the datalog where the wideband goes back rich then lean again, is consistent with where it felt like it pulled then layed over then pulled then layed over.
pump is 18 month old racetronix 255lph with hd wiring harness/bulkhead etc. ie the factory wiring only triggers its own 40 amp relay. filter is clear, injectors are clear. supply line feeds passenger rail first, crosses over in front, then driver rail, then regulator.
regulator diaphragm was replaced 1 week ago and pressure was verified.
the pass before it happened it died in the lanes, on that log it shows b1 and wideband go super super lean and 3 seconds later map flies to 100kp and car dies. car restarted fine and went 10.2x at 135 like no big deal and log looks fine. after that pass I bypassed the factory fp relay as thats basically the last piece of the factory fuel system besides the in car wiring to bulkhead. we had an issue a few years ago with the car randomly dying and thats when I replaced the fuel pump/harness/etc
im gonna pull the pump this weekend to check the strainer. car had 10 gallons in it before my first pass and gauge is about half a tank now

Toss a clamp on the FP wiring and see how much its drawing
