Well, i drove down about an hour and a half to get a new ecm for $40 and he also threw in a hyperchip programmer for 96-97 LT1 f bodies...cool deal, surprised me.

Pcm our computers control the transmission too

BTW, dont forget to add in the 3 hour drive's FUEL to the cost of this "cheap" tuner.

and.

dont those programers have to be VIN "unlocked?"

i have no clue on the programmer...its just a handheld thing that plugs into the obd2 port...it has 4 buttons lol...a Y, a N, a up and a down
