Feels good getting back into it. Was up late again with a nice 2hr bicept and light cardio night. Hope to reincorporate BACK back into the bicept work out again... for now takin it one part at a time.
Today is bosom training day. Speaking of which, there's pretty young kid who I see periodically who, for his size and build has an impressive bench. That's all I've ever seen him work on. He can toss 245 up like it's just the bar. Was also repping the snot out of 275 and 315. He then started working back and arms and in doing bent over DB rows, never went over 70lbs and EZ bar curls were in the 65lb range. Interesting stuff.

He does offer some good advice regarding heavy lifts. Foot placement especially. I haven't tried elbows in, but will when bosom day comes up again. Don't think I'll push the belly out, either. Got enough of that already. Breathing is another big factor when going heavy as well.
