I rarely if ever eat beef anymore, but venison is the exception. Its lean, healthy and chock empty of any antibiotics/HGH etc. If you cook it right, its mouth melting awesome.

Actually... i used to have a hunter cop that lived in the twp. When i had fresh ones that i put down, he would come out and check em out. If he deemed them good to butcher, he would take em and make me deer burgers and steaks... that was my first taste. He moved away tho... so now that hook up is gone.

If you put em down and they didn't get to torn up. Field dress, and toss the guts out, then drop off at butcher.
Not sure on legality of doing that :lol:
We just have to notify the game comission. Penn-dot is more than happy when we can get rid of em and they dont have to pick em up.
As for gutting and cleaning... i dont have that in me... almost yutzed watching him do it the first time.
