Hopefully that guy killed him, llawsuit will be soon to follow because the robber who was armed was a good boy and didn do nuffin wrong. He attended church and was turning his life around

Threat was leaving and did not pose danger to people. IMO lousy shoot.

You don't know who he would have encountered on the way out, man-crush. Should he wait until someone gets shot before returning fire? Bullshit. Turn your jersey shore valve off. If a perp relinquishes a gun for the purpose of possible harm and intimidation that piece of shit has lost his right to live, and I'm glad there are states that still stand up for this instead of some "turn the other cheek and run" nonsense.

I wouldn't want that on my conscience, but thats me.

That's true. It is always better to be a living witness, but it's a catch 22. You do something and kill the guy you have to live with it. If you do nothing and he kills someone you have to live with it. It sucks all the way around and I hope I'm never in a position I have to make that decision.

Ar15 was jamming like crazy. Its a brand new gun and hopefully is experiencing a break in period. Gonna take it home and verify i don't have the rings on the thing aren't lined up . It wasnt cycling the bolt all the way back.
