The old opti was a gm unit but who ever put it in took the cam seals out? The bearing was shot and I thought it wasn't going on because the old seals were still in the cam. Used a pick called jpack to see if I was over looking sonething. Lured up the seals again lined up the pin and slide right on with two hands putting some force on. I think the ppl took the other seals off because it doesn't want to go in easy with the seals.
I've only done spline drives before not the pin. Thought I was going crazy
