It'd be a pretty close drag race (once I get wheel time) since mine weighs a lot less.

Morning LTX! I had some fun yesterday getting to test drive some cars way above my income level at the Dallas Auto Show LOL. Drove the new Challenger SRT8 just to see what it's like and damn they are some big heavy fuckin cars. Felt like driving a tank. Then hopped over and drove the new CTS-V and holy balls was that fun. So much torque... After driving that and then leaving to go home, my car felt so slow... :( lmao
Btw, Brandon, stop asking everyone how much HP they have, that doesn't even matter. The only thing you should be asking is what kind of 1/4 mile times they run, but even then, don't bother asking until you've taken yours to a track to find out your own times. You have no idea how you'd do or who'd win until you know your own baseline... Launching an M6 does take practice... I've only been to the drag strip twice with my car and improved drastically over the first time I went, but I still have a lot of practicing to go before I get a PERFECT launch down.
I agree. M6 cars are tough to launch.
I noticed that all the new "performace" are quite heavy. Dont really understand why they went that route.
The Dodge cars specifically seem to be just incredibly heavy. I mean, the SRT8 can still break the tires loose when you floor it from 20 mph, but I think that's just cuz they stuck some skinny tires on it and it weighs so damn much lol. Didn't really have that "kick in the pants" feel though. The CTS-V, however, felt very nice and would plant you in your seat just fine. I kind of want one now LOL. Or at least I want mine to make the same kind of power :D I could get into some trouble with that kind of HP haha.
