JAN 24th 2014:
Step one... Tires ordered. While driving it around, i noticed a shake at speed from the front end. I know it will need some susp parts replaced but i thought since the front left wont hold air...and the tires were dry rotting and hard... Maybe from sittig it had some flat spot/balance issues. So id start with something it needs. So 500+ bucks later i have 275 fronts and 285 rears (nitto 555s) on their way. Ill update the first thread with the build cost but here it is.

TIRES FIXED the SHAKES....
MID TO END of FEB, she stayed buried in all the snow, till I could dig her out...

Been putting some miles on her... about three tanks of fuel...
(I try not to push my luck cause its not inspected)
NOW... to present... Last day of MARCH....
Making an appointment for her to go in for a compression test on all cyls...and as long as everything comes up good.... she will get a CPT trans from @Cahall.
