wonder if the first truck was slowing down because of the car on the side of the road,,guess that would be kinda ironic if the car got out of the way of an accident he/she caused

No injuries though in either truck. The driver in the yellow truck was found at no fault in this collision. The only stooped traffic was the inexperienced idiot truck driver in the brown truck. "

why would the guy who slowed down be at fault. isn't this the same as if you rear end someone? he wasn't paying attention to the road conditions and didn't leave enough room to aviod the other truck.
