Student Crew v. Classes

What are you taking this semester?


Accounting 231: Seems like it could be fun. If I end up liking the class I might consider specializing in Accounting Information Systems as I already have some programing and database knowledge.
Statistics 351: My instructor is a cute graduate student, it's distracting as hell. :jest:
Geology 100: Pretty gay but I needed 3 more science hours and I figured it can't be too hard if it's a 100 level class. Oh well, I'll manage.
Scoiology 360: Should be an easy A if not a VERY easy B. Just sucks I have to write a 8 page paper for it and read two decent sized (200+pg) books.
Management 367: Introduction to Virtual Basic. Seems like it will be pretty easy as long as I know the terminology.

All in all it looks to be a pretty decent semester for me. Feel free to post up what classes your taking, which ones you like, etc.

Chem 211, again as i failed it last year cause the teacher sucked and i missed 3 tests with vacation and family stuff
Statistics 319, Biostatistics. with a biology degree, this is turning out to be pretty easy after taking calculus
Pathophysiology, this one has the ability to get interesting. Took pharmacology with this teacher last semester and he kinda sucks. Test questions are no where to be found in the bookwork or lectures?
Physics 308, my 4th physics class, and its very easy
Physics 408, 5th physics class, little harder, mostly radiation specific so its interesting

I'm majoring in Business management.

Taking a spanish class on the side.

Calc 4(diff eq)-prof can't speak english=fail
Thermodynamics-first day we learned about how engines work=win
Material Science and Engineering-looking like another chemistry class=blech.
Mechanics of Deformable Solids-continuation of statics=win
Some bullshit IAH(integrative arts and humanities)=fail

Im going for Mechanical Engineering if you didn't already collect that from my classes.

I wish I had the dedication for that. My brother just graduated from K-State in Mechanical Engineering in December. He's working at Hawker-Beechcraft.

That's awesome. I currently have an offer for a Co-op at BorgWarner but it would extend my college graduation for at least another year and a half. (though i guess that means another year to party right?)

My Geology professor just told us "I've been known to ask questions on exams like, What is the name of your textbook."

Photography major here. This semester is pretty laid back for me.

photo 1340 intro into studio & equip
Occupation prep, basically a business class
photo 2970 Landscape/nature photography
and a field trip to LA to visit Getty museum and etc that is worth 3 credits.

I am also working on getting a website put together again.

Im gonna major in working on my car and making it faster. At Mygaragetech its a newer university so you might not of heard of it yet.

Intro to micro-computers

Boy do I wish I didnt take a year off from school. Going part time and working Im gonna be 30 before I graduate. lol
