couple of questions on the vortech v1 install

on my brotherd car, we're almost Ready to put the motor in, and I noticed that the coil can't mount on the head any longer due to the vprtech brackets, and, where does the MAF go? The books don't say anything about either, it's the v1 t trim kit with the a/w aftercooler. Any pics or suggestions? This is the kit.

Never mind, I found it, a few of the pages were missing and in a different book, we're good.
