I'm building my grudge ltx just wondering the best flywheel that is light weight and good for very little street use
Lightweight flywheels are meant for autocross, not drag racing. Less weight means less rotational inertia and higher probability of bogging off the line.
A good flywheel is the Spec billet piece. It's 25+lbs and SFI certified.
I had an SLP billet flywheel with my old setup. It was nice. However It does not come neutral or Zero balanced as they say it does. Caused me some issues. Not sure if it matters but If you are balancing a new engine it may
I'm still using the stock one with some of the weight removed (internal balanced rotating assembly), but like Catmaigne said the Spec one is nice.
