RadioShack is going out of business

RadioShack by me in St. Louis is closing almost all of their stores. So now I won't be able to randomly pop in and grab a resistor or diode random little pieces for projects. Well I stopped in and all of their "parts" were 50% off. So of course I stocked up on almost everything I thought I could potentially need in the next decade. So if you do any projects and stop at RadioShack during them, now is the time to stock up before you are waiting to get shipped some .05$ resistor to complete the project.

Same here up in the Milwaukee Area also.

I was just at our RS last week. Lookin for anything to buy. Nothing called out to me tho

My haul from my local store. Lot of pots but I wish they would have had some resistors. Everything there was 90% off. Sad. I'm gonna miss that store

Dang I'm going to stop back again today and check I got a 500 pack of resistors when I was there. Originally went to get a life proof phone case but they were only 30% on Saturday

DAMN... thats it, Im going back to look better.

Stopped in on the way to the office and the guy told me tomorrow they were changing prices again so to stop in. They had one iPhone 5c life proof case left so hopefully it'll be 60-70% off tomorrow and be there when I stop by on lunch

Eh I already have an otter box that came with the phone and it's a work phone. Do I really need to spend 40 bucks on a cell phone case at 50% or more off? Well see

gotta give it to them they held in there like a champ.i hate to see it go this way. the guys working there were always helpful/knowledgeable when i did stereo installs and had to build passive crossovers. they even helped me build a remote bass knob or two.
seriously where are we gonna get those little parts and who is gonna answer my questions?
they have stopped me from buying stuff i thought i needed and didn't and got me back on track. RADIO SHACK you will be missed.......:rant:
