i've been trying to find new coolant cross over bolts, new crank hub bolt and washer, coolant temp sensor, and a few other misc parts. I've checked my normal rockauto, gmpartsdirect and a couple local place and i'm not having any luck.
did everything get discontinued? lol
I'm sure a lot of it is.... A lot of parts that I needed for my older van and camaro are not carried anymore. .

well good thing is i was just going to swap out some sensors due to their age so i still have most.
GM is only required to keep parts in inventory for 10 years, then they start discontinuing stuff. The good thing about engine sensors is that they're pretty generic, newer engines use the same ones. So they're still around. Rock Auto definitely still has AC Delco coolant temp sensors. You can find bolts from any large online fastener place. The steam pipe stuff has been discontinued for some time, there are a few threads on making your own. And gmpartsdirect.com sucks, both pricing and availability. If you've got a GM part number, check Amazon. You'd be surprised how much AC Delco stuff they have.

those look alot different than the gaskets i've used in the past
I've had good luck looking up numbers on Shbox's site and using my local GM dealership to order them.
Usually only 1-2 days, no shipping and they give me garage pricing.
Yeah parts are getting scarce... Been looking for the reservoir coolant pipe/hose

went from not having any banjo bolts to finding 7 of them lol... guess every time i pulled the heads i replaced them... but never threw them away
