Well, I got a job transfer, same company but I moved to the Chrysler building and am in the shop now. So that also came a decent pay raise. And I found this for pretty cheap, private owner who only wanted pay off for it.
2008 Silverado 1500 5.3 4L60 lifted 2" on 20" GM wheels, all Kenwood audio with a 12" sub under the back seat. Spray in bed liner, weather tech all weathers, 75,000 miles

yea. I haven't really gotten to update my thread, its kind of a hassle since I'm cheap and won't buy tapatalk, so I have to pull it up on my phones browser. I have most of it on my Facebook though. Got the block back, and am in the assembly process.Quote:

I was talking to my instructor about putting new bearings and rings in it, he convinced me to take it to a machine shop and bore it .030 over since I put all the money in the top end and nothing in the bottom end, so I went a head and did that, I got the crank in, and tonight pistons are going inQuote:
