What dip stick and tube are you running

I need a new dip stick and or tube and if there's no other good options I'll just order a gm unit.

But it would be nice to get a flexible unit so I don't have to remove it every time I pull my headers . Thanks

Lokar on trans and motor.... There nice only Down fall is you gotta get a small funnel for the trans because the orifice is small

I've always ran the stock one with great luck but when I did this recent header install I killed the tube getting it out , I sure don't remember it going In that hard . I just think that the flexible ones would keep me from having to pull the tube as I know I'll be pulling it apart again soon enough . I've been looking at the lokar ones but I want to make sure I won't have a leak

You can always put some of the right stuff around the little ring thing to prevent any leaks.

Stock...and massaged a bit to clear the splayed mains. It has a healthy curve to it now and will never come out unless i drop the pan and cut it.

I wonder if that's why my tube is bent some at then end I have splayed mains also
