I've decided to put my boosted lt1 camaro build on hold and look for a proper daily driver before i get to wrapped up in the camaro. I managed to find a white 96' caprice 9c1 with 190000 miles that is well within my budget that i've set. They only want 1500 for it. The paint is in rough shape as a lot of it has peeled off around the doors.
With that said, what do you guys think? what things should I look for? what questions should I ask?

First question I would ask is for the VIN to verify it's an LT1.
Then I would ask if they will take $1000.

I love the B bodies... been looking at them or a while...well looking at anything with an LT1.
Get under it, and look at the floors...we (cops) bottom the shit out of our cars and you know what happens to metal after you rub it on a curb a few times, then spend the next two decades in moisture, and winter, etc...
