low idle
ive just done a cam swap in my 94z and got it tuned..but now it idles lower than what he tuned it for..he set it for 800 and its on 600 to 650 after it warms up,and sometimes it acts like it is gonna cut off bc it gets so low..i have slotted the tps and adjusted on the throttle blades nothing really helps..i can get the iac counts up but it doesnt help the idle, i can adjust it to get the idle up but the iac counts go down alot and sometimes on 0...i need help with this..any help will be greatly appreciated

I also have the same problem my car does it when it in gear. And if I don't give it gas some times it will die. It only does it sometimes idk.

Sounds like the iac ports need to be cleaned. Especially where the iac pintle engages the seat of the housing. You may possibly need a new iac motor as well.

are u going by the factory tach...or actually mo itoring the idle thru some software thru the comp. Factory tachs are not very accurate.

im using a snap-on scanner checking it...ive cleaned the throttle body and have switched the iac with one i had on another throttle body laying around...do u think i just need to buy a new iac and try that?

Stock or aftermarket throttle body? Is the airfoil in your signature blocking the idle air inlet? Did you actually clean the bottom plate that holds the IAC motor and the passages?
-
stock...yep took it apart and cleaned it all..and I took the air foil off

Any evidence of coolant leakage in the bottom TB plate? I've seen a loose screw cause coolant to seep into the IAC passages, which will cut off air flow.

Try Shoebox's test on the IAC:
