I have a 96 383 forged bottom end with a baby blower (p600B) I'm gonna try to see 10 psi out of it and wondering on what type of bypass valve I should run. I like the way the big red race valve sounds but just not sure on if that's even applicable on my blower. This is the first time messing around with forced induction ... but anyways any suggestions on the bypass valve or anyone have one for sale that will work thanks.
Look up the race parts solutions 50mm, cheap and Ive heard only good things.

Ok ill take a look at both. And I'm wanting one you can definitely hear. The louder the better.
Big red race valve will work fine. Go for the open version for all the noise.
ok cool does running one atmospheric have any drawbacks over running it recirculating?
I think for mass air cars recirculating is preferred. I'm speed density and my mondo vents to atmosphere.
I have a big red bypass... Love it. But even on 10 psi with a p600b the small bypass would be fine
The mo do is super loud...just make sure it does not point down ward...lol.
If i drive over sand or dirt...it makes an insant mess.

As mentioned, its preferred to run an open bypass but just make sure you place it well before the MAF sensor.Quote:
