In all honesty I can't figure out why it would have moderated it. I do see that there is a feature for anyone with under 50 posts that it bumps their new posts against a spam database and figures out whether or not their posts are spam. Maybe your post tripped it? I'm not sure? I thought 50 posts was kind of steep so I turned it down to 15.
