I don't think they'd be too much for a stock lifter, people have used K-800's and Patriot Gold Extremes and they have similar seat pressure and a little more over the nose. Now this all depends on installed height, etc. You might consider throwing +.050 locks on there to lighten up the seat pressure a tad with that XE503. However messing the valvetrain stuff can be fatal if you don't know what you're doing. I'd talk to some professionals, if you're not 100% on what your setup needs.
I've got patriot gold extremes on stock lifters. They do just fine.
Stock lifters should be fine unless there's an issue with them already. Where people run into trouble with stock hydraulic lifters, is at really high RPM, where the oil flow into the lifter can't keep up with the motion of the valves. Those springs with that cam should be fine on a stock set of lifters.
